Why you need to read my blog...

I am a dreamer! I am an optimist! I am a natural born leader! I am a poster child for success! I'm constantly building upon my wealth and ensuring my prosperity. But... I wasn't always like this.
I've gone through my fair share of struggles in life, being raised as an inner-city youth. I was exposed to racism, violence, and a life of desperation. I used positive thinking to keep myself out of trouble, figure out my purpose, and reshuffle the cards I was dealt.
Today, I am a successful executive on Wall Street, but I still keep close to my roots and always remember and remain grateful for my humble beginnings. I own a place in Manhattan, as well as a house in New Jersey, two luxury cars, and a penchant for fine dining and lavish experiences. The most important thing I learned though, is to be true to yourself, love yourself, then love others... without that love, wealth and materialism are fleeting.
So why do I blog? I blog because I love to write. Writing is one of the avenues I use to clear my head, organize my thoughts, and ultimately inspire me. I also love to mentor those who need mentoring.
Join me as I share my experiences and resources that helped me get to where I am now... along the way, I will also keep learning and sharing anything new that I find worthwhile.
Cheers!
