Looking for an another income??

October 31st 2006 06:49
Ever thought about Mystery Shopping?? Mystery shopping agencies throughout the world have plenty of assignments for people who don’t have the resources to take part in a regular full time job. Best of all if you simply don’t like the regular day job this could be your answer to freedom money if you play your cards right!

Mystery Shopping is a growing industry that has a vast amount of scope throughout Australia. It allows members of your community to go out and shop and be reimbursed for their efforts while evaluating the customer service of a particular retailer. The most attractive aspect of mystery shopping is the flexibility. One is able to devote as little or as much of their time as they like in order to complete an assignment, how easy is that??

What is the catch you say?? There is none. Large retailers need people like you and me to complete assignments for the benefit of the wider community. They have to improve their customer service so they can compete in environments that see new players dominate because of their service levels. How many times have you walked out of an establishment thinking, I wish he/she could have acknowledged my existence for half a second so I could feel like a valued customer. Now you have the chance to evaluate some of these organisations who actually value your existence.

How much could I possibly get paid?? If you do one assignment a year it really isn’t worth it. It could be worthwhile if you were to regularly participate in a number of different assignments throughout the month. It’s all about variety and flexibility. The more assignments you do the more you get paid and you don’t get trapped carrying out the same laborious tasks.

Unfortunately a lot of the community has a limited understanding of Mystery Shopping. I thought I could provide an insight into what to expect as a secret shopper. Shop and get paid it’s as simple as that! There are plenty of agencies who offer this type of work, one such company is GAPbuster Worldwide.

GAPbuster has been in existence for over 12 years and it has a number of assignments in Australia, Europe and North America. Bearing in mind that GAPbuster operates in over 35 countries so you have the peace of mind of knowing a large, reliable organisation will be reimbursing your hard work with quality dollars. So dare to be different and click on the following link for information on Mystery Shopping.

Oh that’s excellent!! Unfortunately I don't get any kudos, although I wish I did.. The assignments are usually pretty good as long as they’re close to home and more importantly at a favourable retailer. Enjoy!

Do you look after Krispy Kremes or how about Dan Murpheys?

Would that mean free beer and donuts?

I'm not sure if they do either of those two but I know that they have been involved with clients like KFC, Shell, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Coles, BP & Subaru.
