I thought just thought for moment after reading many books on motivation including the secret, what if every person born into this world are actually born with a gift but yet to be discovered.
It seems to me that the importance of self-development is only visible if that person is exposed to the environment needed for him or her to realize their potential. Say for example if a girl or a boy is exposed to piano lessons, the tendency for them to indulge in the music biz could be bright. Again, if we look a many history of many successful business figures or tycoons for that matter, many when through a phase where they did realize their potential in later life and many explore other possibilities that made them successful.
This is what I mean when the gift is already there for them to find, it’s like a treasure hunt where the journey to actual events happening is blurred by certain events that tries to reduce they visibility in attaining what they suppose to receive.
Although surrounding environment plays a vital role in development of knowledge, what if the search for their gift bat the law of nature limits them from obtaining it just for time being. In short, their gift is there for to be discovered in time but was delayed purposely so that they are educated enough and ‘deserved’ enough to receive their gift in time.
Exploration is the key in discovering the talent or the actual reason they are born into this world. I see actor/actress who is very successful tends to indulge in various behaviors that leads to destruction if not permanent just temporary. Could it be that they did not explore enough that they prone to indulge in such activities later when the gift of success they received in life is presented to them early? This it-self portrays the need to explore a persons life before they get where they are now. The process of realization is perfectly constructed in a way that although the actual success if perceived to be in their possession, it is actually not permanent as it is the beginning of events that will strengthen their possession ultimately.
Take for example a successful person who has enough money and is already in the list of who’s who and yet he still crave for more wealth and success until there is no more to strive for thus the person turns to philanthropic activities. Does that mean that his gift is to be wealthy or to be philanthropist? The actual events that he went through in obtaining his success are the exploration that he needs to realize his gift in life. The moment a person sees himself deciding to explore another field of interest; the actual gift is not realized yet. This is because; there is no permanency in living to succeed yet for him. Relatively speaking that is not his actual destiny.
So.....what we do when we realize our Gift?

I believe every person has special gifts, and even simple gifts can enhance existence for the person and others.
I'd really like to see people tune into those special gifts and be acknowledged for them, even if they can only be used as a hobby.

It will be wonderful if evryone can tune their special gifts. It will be beautiful to see if their true and noble intentions are realized.
I agree that if it is simple it could be used as hobbies. Just imagine if the soul could be tingled and the fate could be determined in good ways....
I am not preaching but if goodness prevails all year around and all over the world......just imagine what the world would mean to us.
